Priapismに対するCaverno-Spongiosa Anastomosis

CAVERNO-SPONGIOSA ANASTOMOSIS FOR PRIAPISM

緒言

　priapismは今日ではすでにまれな疾患ではないが，病因はなお完全に明らかでなく，治療法も確立されたとはいえない。

　今回，ヘルニオトミー後の炎症性の疑いの濃い本症の1例に対して，静脈bypass法としてのcaverno-spongiosa anastomosisを施行，ほぼ満足すべき結果をえたので報告する。

A case of priapism supposed to be caused by inflammation which occurred 2 days after herniotomy, in a 36 year-old male treated by caverno-spongiosa anastomosis, 34 hours after onset, which made him possible to have sexual intercourse although unsatisfactory one month later, was reported.

Early stage venous bypass seems to be the most ideal and effective treatment, from the stand point of recovery of postoperative sexual function but cavernospongiosa anastomosis is a more simple and a method to be recommended, compaired to caverno-sapheno anastomosis.
