女子尿道良性間葉性腫瘍の2例

TWO CASES OF BENIGN MESENCHYMAL NEOPLASMA OF THE FEMALE URETHRA

緒言

　女子尿道に原発する良性間葉性腫瘍は，なおまれな疾患であり，ことに内尿道口部に発生したものは本邦文献上，僅かに3例にすぎない。最近われわれは外尿道口部および内尿道に発生した女子尿道平滑筋腫の2例を経験したので症例を追加する。

Benign mesenchymal tumor (leiomyoma) of urethral origin, in a 33 year-old house wife, with a thumb tip-sized mass, weighing 32g, located at the posterior wall near the external urethral orifice, and in a 34 year-old house wife, with a mass larger than a hen egg-size, weighing 95g, showing x-ray findings similar to benign prostatic hyperplasia, located at the lateral wall near the internal urethral orifice, were reported.
