I．緒言
Priapismとは，性的刺激或いは欲望に伴わない持続勃起の生じた状態をいう1）。
最近，本症の報告例が急増の傾向にあり，我々も相次いで3例を経験したので報告する。
This report deals with 3 cases of priapism which we have recently seen. When statistical observations were made on 67 cases since the description thereon by Ogoshi, it was found that conservative therapy is more ef-fective than is expected. Emphasis was pla-ced on the institution of the treatment.
