小児の非特異性副睾丸炎について

NONSPECIFIC EPIDIDYMITIS IN CHILDREN

緒言

　幼小児の非特異性副睾丸炎に関する論文は内外ともに予想外に少ない。

　われわれは最近乳児の1例を経験したので報告するとともに，最近約7年間の当科男子小児外来患者の陰嚢内腫脹・硬結性疾患について統計的観察を行なつてみたので報告する。

A 3 month old baby visited our clinic on July 9, 1970 with the chief complaint of indolent swelling and induration of right scrotal content. Patient was afebrile with normal urinalysis and leucocyte count. The right scrotal content was a size of quail egg, not tender but since the testis and epididymis could not be identified, orchiectomy was performed for suspected malignant tumor of the scotal content. Histological examination revealed nonspecific epididymitis.
