空置回腸を利用した尿路形成術の検討—第1編 臨床経過

STUDY ON USE OF ISOLATED SEGMENT OF ILEUM IN UROLOGICAL PLASTIC OPERATION:1. CLINICAL REPORT

はじめに

　尿管・膀胱の障害に対し空置回腸を利用した歴史は古いもので，1898年にすでにRutokowski^18）とMikulicz^12）がヒトの膀胱容量の拡大を目的として行なつている。また尿管の代用として空置回腸を用いたのはSchoemaker（1910）^19）といわれている。

　しかし，一般的に行なわれるようになつたのは比較的新しく，抗生物質と麻酔法の進歩に負う所が多い。

The results of uretero-ilelo-cystoplasty and ileo-cystoplasty in 33 cases were presented.

From our experience, replacement of the ureter and enlargement of bladder capacity using ileal segment are valuable procedure under certain condition. Several complications and cares of the operation were discussed.
