骨形成性膀胱肉腫の1例

A CASE OF OSTEOGENIC SARCOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱の悪性腫瘍は主として癌腫であり，肉腫は稀とされるが，特に骨形成性肉腫の帳告は極めて少なく，本邦では近藤^1）および中島ら^2）の報告をみるのみである。われわれは最近本症の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A case of osteoblastic bladder sarcoma in a 70 year old female was reported. The diagnosis of bla-dder tumor was obtained by cystoscopic examination, cystogram and other examinations, and total cystec-tomy with left nephrectomy and right ureterocutaneostomy was performed. The tumor was mostly con-sisted of fusiformed cell with some atypic bony and cartilage tissue, by histopathological examination. The diagnosis was considered as primary fusiformed cell sarcoma of bladder with bone and cartilage formation.
