腎盂白板症（腎盂真珠腫）の1例

LEUKOPLAKIA OF RENAL PELVIS

緒言

　腎盂腎杯の正常移行上皮が角化せる扁平上皮に変化する現象を腎盂白板症と呼んでいるが，これが進行し角化層のケラチンよりなるうすい膜様物が重層し，たまねぎ状に腎盂内に腫瘤をなすに至つたものを腎盂真珠腫と呼んでいる。この疾患は比較的稀であり，また特異な腎盂レ線像や，角化膜様物質の尿中排泄などの特異な症状を呈するにもかかわらず，合併症としての慢性炎症症状，結石の症状などが表面にでるために術前診断が困難な疾患として知られている。最近当料においても腎盂白板症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of leukoplakia of right renal pelvis and cholesteatoma in a 53 year-old woman, with gross hematuria, not diagnosed preoperatively, was reported.

After right nephroureterectomy, leukoplakia with cholesteatoma of renal pelvis was noticed.

This case is the fifty-third case as leukoplakia and the third case as cholesteatoma of renal pelvis in the Japanese literature.

A few general cosiderations regarding renal leukoplakia are reviewed and discussed briefly.
