巨大後部尿道憩室の1例

GIANT DIVERTICULUM OF POSTERIOR URETHRA: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　尿道憩室は，最近その報告例もふえ，さほど稀な疾患とはいえなくなつてきたようであるが，後部尿道に発生した憩室の報告は極めて少ない。また長期間の感染を合併した後部尿道憩室の根治手術は従来より困難なものとされてきた。われわれは，後部尿道と前部尿道にまたがつて発生した尿道憩室の1例を経験し，後部尿道憩室を摘除することができたので報告する。

A case of giant diverticulum of posterior urethra in a 61 year old male with the chief complaint of long term perineal fistula, was reported.

This case was complicated with deverticulum of anterior urethra which was treated previously and the diverticulum of posterior urethra was connected with the urethra by isthmus.

Diverticulum was removed through the trans-sacral approach but was complicated by postoperative urethrorectal fistula, which delayed healing.

The Japanese literature was reviewed and discussed.
