尿路感染症の起因菌およびその薬剤耐性分布—とくにグラム陰性桿菌を中心として

STUDIES ON DISTRIBUTION OF GRAM NEGATIVE RODS AS AGENT OF URINARY TRACT INFECTION AND THEIR RESISTANCE TO VARIOUS DRUGS

はじめに

　近年，化学療法の発展はめざましく，それらに関する研究も枚挙にいとまがない。しかし広汎な，また不必要までの使用によりその副現象とみられる耐性菌の出現，菌交代現象の厄介な問題が生じている。

　尿路感染症においても，その起因菌が病原性ブドウ球菌等のグラム陽性球菌から大腸菌を主とするグラム陰性桿菌に変わり，またそれらの耐性菌による感染が増加し，治療上，困難な場合がすくなくない^1,2）。

The distibution and their resistance to various drugs, of the 1,115 strains of gram negative rods isolated from urine with urinary tract infection, which were collected from 38 clinics all over Japan, were investigated and the following results were obtained.

1) Among the isolated strains, 47.5% was E. coli, 13.5% was Proteus, 13.2% was Klebsiella, 9.5 % was Pesudomonas aeruginosa, 5.6% was Enterobacter, 3.7% was Citrobacter, 2.2% was both Mor-ganella and Rettgerella, 0.6% was Providencia, 0.2% was Hafnia, 0.1% were Serratia, while 3. 9% were other gram negative bacili.
