先天性腎発育不全症の3例

CONGENITAL DEVELOPMENTAL ANOMALY OF THE KIDNEY: CASE REPORT

緒言

　先天性腎発育不全症は，現在の泌尿器科学ではまず見逃がすことのない疾患である。これには発育の程度により無発生，無形成，形成不全の3型に分類される。しかし，診断上の限界もあり，さらに後天的な萎縮腎との鑑別も必要であり，それ故どの発育不全型に入るかを決めることは決して容易なことではない。この疾患には生殖器奇形，反対側尿路奇形，二次的合併症も多いことにより，その診断，治療には十分注意を要さなければならない。最近われわれは発育不全腎3例を経験したので報告すると共に，これらの診断，治療に対する意見をのべてみたい。

Three cases of congenital developmental anomaly of the kidney were reported. The first case was a 27 year-old man with the diagnosis of left renal agenesis which was diagnosed by X-ray examination and cystoscopy. The second case was a 23 year-old man who had a rudimentary renal tissue and was subsequently diagnosed as left renal aplasia. A 69 year-old woman of the third case had a right small and left hypertrophic kidney. Surgical exploration and histological examination revealed right congenital hypoplastic kidney.
