腎悪性絨毛上皮腫の1例

MALIGNANT CHORIOEPITHELIOMA OF THE KIDNEY

Ⅰ．緒言

　悪性絨毛上皮腫は転移性の腫瘍で，生殖器以外の諸臓器にも高率に転移をみることは周知の事実である。しかし，腎に転移した悪性絨毛上皮腫が腎腫瘍の症状を初発症状として発病する場合は極めて少ないといわれている。我々は最近，悪性絨毛上皮腫により子宮単純全摘除術を受けた患者が，2ヵ月後に右側腹部痛と血尿を主訴として来院し，手術の結果，悪性絨毛上皮腫の腎転移と判明した症例を経験したので，ここにその概略を報告し，併せて若干の文献的考察を加える。

A 30 Years old house wife visited our clinic with the chief complaint of hematuria and right flank pain who had a total hysterectomy at a local hospital under the diagnosis of malignant chorioepithe-lioma 2 months previously. The diagnosis of metastatic chorioepithelioma of the right kidney was made after close examination and a right nephrectomy was performed. Soon after surgery vaginal metastasis occurred and died 5 months later.
