急な悪性転帰をとつた膀胱白板症

A CASE OF VESICAL LEUKOPLAKIA PROGRESSED TO CARCINOMA

緒言

　膀胱白板症（bladder leukoplakia）はまれな疾患であるが，その経過中にしばしば悪性変化をとることがよく知られている。しかし，その頻度や悪性化の程度については知られていない部分が多い。

　われわれは本症の1例を経験し，きわめて急な悪性転帰をとつたので報告するとともに診断および治療上の4点につき考察した。

A case of vesical luekoplakia is presented. Deeply invasive squamous cell carcinoma was encountered one year and two months after the establishment of the initial diagnosis.

A few considerations are listed regarding definition, diagnosis, classification and potential malignancy of this lesion.

With regard to treatment, the problem of whether cystectomy should be done for all cases of vesical luekoplakia or not was discussed.
