停留睾丸に合併した睾丸回転症の1例—付：本邦症例35例の集計

TORSION OF THE UNDESCENDED TESTICLE:A CASE REPORT AND REVIEW OF THIRTY-FIVE CASES IN JAPAN

緒言

　近年，睾丸回転症の報告は稀なものではなくなつたが，本症が早期に診断され，睾丸を保存できた例は未だに多いとは言えない。一方，本症の成因としては精系，特に睾丸，副睾丸周囲の解剖学的異常が重要視されており，停留睾丸もその重要な部分を占めている。最近，著者は停留睾丸に合併した睾丸回転症の1例を経験したので報告するとともに，本邦における停留睾丸に合併した睾丸回転症を集計したので，若干の考察を行なう。

The case was a 1-year-old boy with ill humor and loss of appetite which occurred on Jan. 12, 1976. He had had a history of the right undescended testicle for which he had not received prior treatment. A right inguinal tumor was noted on the next day, which was suspected to have relations with the undescneded testicle by his physician. Therefore he was referred to our hospital on Jan. 14, 1976. Operation disclosed that the inguinal tumor was right testicle which had 180 degrees clockwise intra-vaginal rotation. Orchiectomy had to be done.
