睾丸ヘルニヤの2例

TWO CASES OF HERNIA TESTIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸外傷のうちでも睾丸脱出症の報告は，本邦では現在まで28例で，なかんずく睾丸ヘルニアは，調べえた範囲では7例に過ぎず非常に稀なものである。我々は最近骨盤部轢過による1例と，会陰部強打による1例の計2例の睾丸ヘルニアを経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えた。

Two cases of testicular herniation were reported. One case was right testicular herniation with head injury, fracture of pelvic bone. incomplete urethral rupture, rectal injury and open bone fracture of left lower extremity by being run over the pelvic region, and the other case occurred on the right side with incomplete urethral rupture and rupture of left testicle due to severe perineal blow.

Almost no trauma of the herniated testicle has been reported in the cases collected from the literature and the cause of it was discussed.
