Ⅰ．緒言
膀胱憩室は，ありふれた疾患であるが，これに腫瘍の合併をみることは，従来比較的まれとされている。
最近，われわれは本症の1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。
Case is a 70 years old male with the diagnosis of diverticular tumor of the urinary bladder which was confirmed by observing part of the tumor through the thumb-tip sized outlet of the diverticula located at the inner side near the left ureteral orifice, cystoscopicolly.
Left neoureterocystostomy was performed after removing the diverticula with left ureteral orifice. The tumor was transitional cell carcinoma by histopathological examination.
