Case is a 25 years old male with the history of severe contusion at the right flank on March 20, 1966, while he was walking on the railroad bridge and fell when he was drunk. He visited a doctor after noticing bloody urine and nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of traumatic rupture of right kidney. 5 days later, after the drainage tube was removed, massive amount of urine like discharge was noticed from the site of drainage. Reflux of the bladder urine was suspected and ligation of the remaining ureter as performed on April 20, with no change of the urinary fistula.
