尿閉を主訴としたNephrocalcinosisの1例

A CASE OF URINARY RETENTION DUE TO THE NEPHROCALCINOSIS WITH URETHRAL STONE

Ⅰ．緒言

　私どもはNephrocalcinosisとして治療中に左尿管および尿道内に結石が嵌頓し，これにより尿閉を起こしたNephrocalcinosisの1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of urinary retention caused by invagination of stone in the left ureter and urethra after 9 years of administration of alkaline agent for nephrocalcinosis in a 11 years and 3 months old boy is reported. This was previously reported as a case of nephrocalcinosis by Sano in 1957.

Urinalysis was grossly clear, alkaline with the pH of 7.60, protein (±), sugar (-). Sediment was positive for red blood cells and white blood cells. Kidney function tests revealed PSP test 32% at 30 minutes, concentration test and dilution test was remarkably disturbed by Fischberg test and water test and creatinine clearance was 47.4 ml/min.
