新生児後腹膜奇型腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR (TERATOM) IN NEWBORN

Ⅰ．緒言

　我々は最近，新生児後腹膜奇型腫の1例を経験し，これを生後17日に手術により全治せしめ得た。これは本邦報告例中，最年少と思われるので若干の統計的観察を加えて報告する。

The diagnosis of retroperitoneal teratoma was made to a 4 days old girl who had an abdominal tumor and surgery was performed on the 14 th day after birth. This is the youngest case in the Japanese literature and is reported since its postoperative course was uneventful. Retroperitoneal teratoma of infants younger than 12 months were collected from the Japanese literature and the symptoms, examination, diagnostic method and treatment were discussed.
