去勢抵抗性前立腺癌の腹膜透析患者に対するアビラテロンの使用経験

　腹膜透析中の去勢抵抗性前立腺癌症例に対し，アビラテロン治療を安全に施行できた1例を経験したので報告する．症例は86歳男性．アビラテロン（750mg/日）投与にてPSA値は上昇するも，画像所見の増悪・臨床症状の出現を20か月間認めなかった．有害事象は，内服薬で対応可能な低カリウム血症のみであった．

Abstract

We report two cases of peritoneal dialysis patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), safely treated with abiraterone. An 86-years-old man was treated with abiraterone (750mg/day orally once daily). Although prostate specific antigen (PSA) level increased, there was no clinical, radiographic disease progression for 20 months. Adverse effect was only hypokalemia, which was treated with taking potassium preparations (Rinsho Hinyokika 71 : 1115-1117, 2017).
