集学的治療が奏効した50歳代後半の非セミノーマの2例

Two cases of testicular tumor in the elderly with successful integrative therapy

50歳代後半の非セミノーマ2例を経験した。症例1はstage ⅡA，症例2はstage ⅡBと診断した。化学療法（BEP療法）を2コースのみ施行し，腫瘍マーカー陰性化後，後腹膜リンパ節郭清術を施行した。治療後約3年経過し，再発を認めていない。高齢で発症した非セミノーマは若年に比べ予後不良とされているが，集学的治療により現時点で再発を認めず，結果は良好である。

We experienced two cases of non-seminomatous testicular germ cell cancer at the age of over 55 years. Paraaortic lymphnode metastases were shown in both cases. After inguinal orchiectomy,only two courses of systemic chemotherapy（BEP therapy）were performed,followed by retroperitoneal lymphnode dissection in both cases. About three years after therapy,there are no recurrence in both cases. In spite of the fact that the prognosis of non-seminomatous testicular germ cell cancer in the elderly is worse than the young patients,no relapses were seen in our two cases after integrative cancer therapy.
