　73歳，男性。膀胱癌に対しTUR-BT術後，BCG（コンノート株）膀胱内注入療法を施行。4回目の注入後に，38℃の熱発が3日間持続し，入院となった。画像にて異常所見を認めなかったが，結核感染を疑いINH 400mg/日の投与を開始した。その後も，炎症所見と微熱が持続したため，4週間後にGaシンチグラフィ，胸部CTを施行し，粟粒結核と診断した。治療開始4週間後のCTで肺病変の軽快を確認し，退院となった。

　A 73-year-old man received intravesical BCG（Connaught strein）treatments after transurethral resection of bladder tumor. After 4th instillation,the patient developed fever over 38℃ for three days and was hospilalized. Chest X-ray and CT showed no obvious disease,but INH（400mg/day）was administered for probable systemic BCG infection. After 4 weeks,Ga scintigraphy and chest-CT revealed a diffuse miliary pattern of the pulmonary tuberculosis. After the treatment of anti-tuberculosis therapy for 4 weeks,CT showed a decrease of miliary pattern.
