A 64-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for bladder mass. Computed tomography demonstrated a solid mass on the trigone of bladder presumably extending to the uterus. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor disclosed mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma histologicaly. MRI and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography showed metastatic pelvic lymphnode. Diagnosis of primary MALT lymphoma of the urinary bladder, stage ⅡEB was made. We gave rituximab in combination with CHOP chemotherapy by 3 cycles and radiation therapy(41.6 Gy)to urinary bladder. She became in complete remission and has been alive for 29 months with no evidence of recurrence.
