Crossed renal ectopia with fusion combination with blind-ending ureter

　症例は1歳7か月，男性。出生時より水頭症，髄膜瘤および二分脊椎，鎖肛，肋骨奇形（13対），鼠径ヘルニア，融合腎，下肢麻痺を認めた。生後5日目，乏尿，水腎症にて腎瘻造設。定期的に腎瘻を交換し，成長を待ち評価したところ交叉性融合腎に左盲端尿管を合併していることが判明した。左腎盂-右尿管吻合術を施行し，腎瘻から開放された。

Crossed renal ectopia with fusion combination is a rare disease,and its combination with blind-ending ureter is even rarer. We report a 1-year-old crossed renal ectopia male with lump kidney combination and blind-ending ureter. He underwent left pelvo-right uretero anastomosis,and became free from previously constructed nephrostomy.
