限局性鞏皮症の5例と脊柱の変化

MORPHEA ACCOMPANIED WITH SKOLIOSIS

　限局性鞏皮症は，通常，斑状鞏皮症，帯状鞏皮症および線状鞏皮症の3病型に分けられ，その他に特殊な型が知られている^1,2,3）。本邦においては，樋口^1）によれば，昭和29年までに，102例が報告されており，さらに昭和32年から同44年までの日皮会誌には60余例が報告されており，けつしてまれな疾患とはなし難い。しかし本症の原因に関しては，定説がなく，諸説がなされている^1,2,3）。

　われわれは，最近，斑状・帯状あわせて5例の本症を経験したが，そのうらの3例において，X線写真上，脊柱の側彎をみ，それぞれの皮疹存在部は，側彎を示す脊柱の位置から発する神経支配域に一致すると解し得たので，2例の参考例とともに報告する。

Five cases of this disease were reported. In 4 out of 5 cases the skin lesions located on the skin segments innervated by the peripheral nerves from the abnormal skoliotic vertebral sec-tions. The other case started the disoder on the left hypogastrium and the extensor aspect of the left thigh after getting severe bruise on the lumbar region.

Abnormally weak reactions were proved to the sweat and histamine test on the lesions in all cases.

Histologic specimens were typical in H & E and PAS stains.

These cases suggested that one of the ethiologies of morphea might be the mechanical effect due to the vertebral deformities.
