　紅斑角化症は一部の典型を除きその臨床像が多彩であることと比較的稀有な疾患であるために，諸家により2,3の分類が試みられているとはいえ，なおそれははなはだ不完全なものである。

　私どもは紅斑・角化を主徴とする11歳男児例で，その皮膚所見が既往の報告のいずれにも合致せず，しいてあげるならばErythrokeratoder-mia variabilisのうちのNicolas-Jambon型の記載に類似するも，胸背部の線状の配列，注射痕，生検痕に一致する発疹の新生などは，むしろBorzaおよびVinkosの記載するErythrokeratoderma ichthyosiforme variabile mitcharakteristischem isomorphem Reizeffektにはなはだ近似すると考えられる症例を経験したので，この診断を下すに至つた過程を鑑別診断を含めてここに報告する。

A 11-year-old boy with a generalized erythemato-squamous eruption over the entire body surface since 3-month-old. His father had the same disease, but his parents were not consan-guineous.

The disease seemed to belong to the large cntity of "Erythcmato-Keratotische Phakomatose" (Coles and Gans). As a variable erythrokeratodcrma, it showed too little variability. The eruption of Koebner's phenomenon on the chest and back suggested that the disease was a kind of "erythrokeratoderma ichthyosiforme variable mit charakteristischem isomorphem Reizcffekt" (dorga u. Vankos).
