Osteopoikilosisおよび孤立性骨嚢腫を併発せる線状鞏皮症の1例

SCLERODERMA LINEARIS ASSOCIATED WITH OSTEOPOIKILOSIS AND A SOLITARY BONE CYST

　鞏皮症が骨に何らかの病変を呈することはあえて珍らしいことではない。しかしわれわれは孤立性骨嚢腫および整形外科領域においても稀有な疾患とされているOsteopoikilosis （骨斑紋症）の2つの骨変化を有しているきわめて興味ある線状鞏皮症の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　この骨の2症状を合併せる線状鞏皮症は，われわれの蒐集した内外の文献では見いだすことができなかつた。

A 16-year-old girl with the disease on the right leg was reported. She had a traffic accident 7 years ago.

The roentgenogram revealed osteopoikilosis of the ankle bone, tibia, femur and pelvic bone, and a solitary bone cyst in the heel bone.

This was the 19th case of osteopoikilosis in Japan, and the 4th case and the first of sclero-derma accompanied by osteopoikilosis in the world and in Japan respectively.

All cases except the author's one were progressive systemic scleroderma with osteopoikilosis. This case was the first one of morphea with the bone condition. There has not been reported any case of scleroderma with a bone cyst.
