持久性隆起性紅斑の1例

A CASE OF ERYTHEMA ELEVATUM DIUTINUM

　比較的まれな疾患とされているErythema el-evatum diutinum （以下EEDと略記）も，近年相次いで報告に接するようになり，本邦でも百瀬^1）の初報告例以後今日までにおよそ30例をかぞえる。本症はその臨床像とともに，難治であることが特徴とされ，病因追求と相いまつて多種多様の治療が試みられているが，最近DDS （diamino-diphenyl-sulfone）の著効例が発表され^2,3,4,5），その作用機序より病因に関する考察もなさている。

　最近われわれは，水疱形成著明で，種々の治療に抵抗したが，DDSにより劇的効果をおさめた本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 55-year-old housewife of Erythema elevatumdiutinum with vesiculopastulous lesions on the extremities and buttock are presented. A histologic specimen showed an acute exudative inflammation in the upperdermis,especially on and around the small vessels.

It was resistant to the various kinds of treatment including corticosteroid, but treatment with DDS showed dramatic improvement.
