非定型的環状肉芽腫—巨大紅斑を主徴とした汎発型の1例

ATYPICAL GRANULOMA ANNULARE:GENERALIZED FORM WITH GIANT ERYTHEMA

I．はじめに

　環状肉芽腫はFox （1895）により始めて記載され，Crocker （1902）がこれをGranuloma　annulareと命名して以来，欧米および本邦において多数の報告がなされ，それほど稀有な疾患ではなくなつてきている。しかしながらその非定型疹に関する報告は本邦，また欧米でも比較的少ない。

　筆者は最近，当科外来において巨大な紅斑を主徴とし，汎発性に発生した本症の1例を経験し，その経過を観察しえたので主として非定型疹に関する若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 58-year-old woman found palm-sized erythema in bilateral axillar region 4 years ago, which incresed their number and size and occupied the trunk and extremities. At first, atypical exudative erythema or sarcoidosis was suspected, but the results of laboratory tests could not confirm the diagnosis. Later, typical lesion of granuloma annulare developed on the extensor aspect of proximal joint of the right thumb, which enabled the authors to confirm the diagnosis.

Although there are atypical forms of erythema annulare with various kinds of clinical pictures as well as typical form, few cases with clinical picture of exudative erythema have been reported.
