全身汎発型環状肉芽腫

GENERALIZED GRANULOMA ANNULARE

I．緒言

　1895年Colcott Fox^1）が環状肉芽腫の限局型を初めて記載したが，本症に関しては以後現在に至るまで数多くの症例が報告されている。しかしそれらの報告例のほとんどすべてにおいて皮疹の数は一般に少なく，すなわち本症の汎発型ないし播種型とも云うべき症例については，報告数が極めて少ない。著者らは最近2例の全身汎発型本症を経験した。これらの症例における皮疹は，全身皮膚完膚なきまでに密に散在しており，この点極めて稀な症例であつた。以下にその症例につき述べると共に，全身汎発型環状肉芽腫について文献的考察を試みる。

Two cases of generalized granuloma annulare were reported.

Case 1 was a 68-year-old female, and case 2 was a 52-year-old male. Both of them showed small, pale-red, shiny papules spreading almost entire body surfaces. A few typical annular lesions were also observed.

Biopsy specimen showed typical granuloma annulare.

Case 1 was treated with INAH and chloroquine, and corticosteroids were given orally to case 2. Each treatment was effective.

The review of 12 reported cases of generalized granuloma annulare including ours were performed.
