下腿炎症性硬結の循環因子について

CIRCULATORY FACTORS IN PATHOMECHANISM OF NODULAR INFLAMMATORY LESIONS OF THE LEGS

I．はじめに

　課せられた命題について，短期間に行つた実験のゆえに例数が少ない恨みがある。将来さらに症例を重ねて報告する予定にしている。ここでは，硬結性紅斑と結節性紅斑に焦点を絞つて循環的背景をとらえんとした予報である。

Analysis of skin temperature gradient, lower skin temperature due to change of posture, and plethysmogram of the toes in erythema nodosum and erythema induratum was performed.

The results of these experiments suggested inability of adaptation to change of posture in these diseses, and impaired blood circulation of the deep vascular system of the legs in erythema nodosum.

These factors might induce the onset or make chronicity of the disease.
