耳下腺海綿状血管腫の1症例

Cavernous Hemangioma of the Parotid Gland:A Case Report

　はじめに

　耳下腺に発生する良性腫瘍は多形腺腫が最も多く，血管腫の頻度は少ない^1〜3）。また，その大部分は小児において認められる。われわれは55歳の耳下腺海綿状血管腫の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Most of the benign neoplasms originating from the parotid gland are mixed tumor, and heman-gioma of the gland is rare.

A 55-year-old woman developed a slowly grow-ing mass in the right parotid gland.

X-ray, CT, echography revealed calcification and CT, MRI revealed a mass in the right parotid gland.

The patient underwent a superficial paroti-dectomy, with preservation of the facial nerve. The pathologic diagnosis was cavernous hemangioma.
