上唇粘膜に認められた悪性黒色腫の1例

A Case of Malignant Melanoma Localized in the Upper Lip

　はじめに

　口腔領域の悪性黒色腫は比較的少ない疾患であるが，本腫瘍は進行が早く，手術後の再発，転移が短期間で認められることも少なくない。また，化学療法や放射線療法に抵抗性を有するために治療成績は不良である。

　今回われわれは，上唇粘膜の色素沈着から腫瘍を形成した悪性黒色腫に対し，外科的切除を行い，良好な成績が得られたので報告する。

A 65-year-old female presented with malignantmelanoma of the upper lip mucosa. Because the tumor has not grown for 2 years, it was regarded as benign. The lesion was excised with normal sur-rounding mucosa in a small area. Histopathol-logically, the tumor was malignant melanoma, but the patient remained free of recurrence and metas-tasis for a year after operation.
