化学療法中にToxic Epidermal Necrolysis（TEN）を発症した悪性リンパ腫の1症例

Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) caused by Chemotherapy for Malignant Lymphoma:A Case Report

　はじめに

　Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis （以下TENと略す）は，臨床症状および自覚症状が著しく熱傷に類似した中毒性皮疹であり，全身的な治療を必要とする症候群である。今回われわれは，鼻腔原発非ホジキンリンパ腫に対するCHOP療法施行中に，TENが発症した症例を経験したので報告する。

A 87-year-old woman presented with generalized erythema and vesicules that occurred a few hours after CHOP therapy was started for non-Hodgkin lymphoma in the nasal cavity. The diagnosis of toxic epideramal necrolysis (TEN) was made. As a result of delayed lymphocyte stimulating test, positive response was detected. Careful attention must be paid to prevent opportunistic infection caused by CHOP therapy that would often induce agranulocytosis.
