鼻副鼻腔・口腔粘膜に原発した悪性黒色腫9症例の統計的観察

Clinicostatistical Observations of 9 Patients with Malignant Melanoma in the Nose, Paranasal Sinus and Oral Cavity

I．はじめに

　悪性黒色腫はきわめて予後不良な疾患であるが，本邦においては欧米白人に比べ発生率は一般に低いとされている。そのうちでも耳鼻咽喉科領域，とくに鼻副鼻腔・口腔粘膜に原発するものの数はさらに稀とされている。

　今回われわれは昭和51年から昭和59年までの9年間に広島大学医学部耳鼻咽喉科において加療し組織学的に悪性黒色腫と断定しえた鼻副鼻腔・口腔粘膜原発の9症例を経験したので，臨床的・病理組織学的検討を行うと同時に若干の文献的考察を行なった。

　Nine patients with malignant melanoma arising from mucous membrane of the nose, paranasal sinus and oral cavity were treated in our clinic during 9 years from 1976 to 1984.

　They were treated with combined therapy, and all cases underwent operation including laser vaporization.

　Seven patients died of distant metastasis. But in spite of this high rate of distant metastasis, local recurrence was observed in only two cases.
