鼻腔悪性黒色腫を合併したWerner症候群の1例

Werner Syndrome associated with Malignant Melanoma of Nasal Cavity:A Case Report

　緒言

　Werner症候群は，低身長・低体重・細い四肢といった身体的特徴と，早期老化の諸症状を主徴とする疾患で，悪性腫瘍を高率に合併することが知られている。悪性腫瘍の合併は諸家により報告されているが，本邦では欧米に比べて皮膚悪性黒色腫合併例の報告が多い。今回われわれは鼻腔粘膜悪性黒色腫を合併した本症候群例を経験したので報告する。

A 62-year-old man with Werner syndrome presented with the chief complaint of nasal obstruc-tion with epistaxis. He was found to have malignant melanoma in the nasal cavity and underwent Den-ker's operation combined with postoperative irradi-tion as well as chemotherapy.
