声帯に限局した喉頭真菌症の1例

A Case of Laryngeal Mycosis of Vocal Cords

　はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域の真菌症は，外耳道，鼻，副鼻腔，口腔咽頭に多く発生することが知られている^1）。しかし，喉頭真菌症は口腔咽頭真菌症に合併して発生するものを含めても多いものではない。

　今回われわれは，口腔咽頭に格別な病変が認められず，声帯だけに限局した喉頭真菌症を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Laryngeal mycosis is rare disease. A 60-year-old man suffered from hoarseness. His smoking historywas 40 years. A bulging white lesion was found in the right anterior vocal cord. The patient had laryn-gomicrosurgery and the pathological lesion was removed. Histopathological finding of the specimen revealed leukoplakia with middle grade dysplasia and fungus infection likely candidiasis. There has been no recurrence of symptom. Only 8 cases of laryngeal mycosis have been reported in our country and there was no case that localized in the vocal cords.
