鼻腔内神経鞘腫と合併した聴神経腫瘍症例

A Case of the combined Nasal and Acoustic Neurinomas

　はじめに

　神経鞘腫は有髄神経の分布領域にはどこにでも発生する可能性があるが，耳鼻科領域の好発部位としては前庭神経が存在する側頭骨・小脳橋角部が圧倒的に多く，舌・咽頭と続き，鼻副鼻腔神経鞘腫は比較的稀である。

　今回われわれは鼻腔内および小脳橋角部に神経鞘腫の重複発症を認めた症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of nasal and cerebello-pontine angle tumors in a 58 year-old male was described. His chief complaints were epistaxis and severe sudden hearing disturbance. There are few reports of the combined nasal and acoustic neurinomas in one paient.
