呼吸困難をきたした喉頭Saccular Cystの1症例

A Case of Laryngeal Saccular Cyst accompained with Dyspnea

　はじめに

　喉頭saccular cystは幼児の呼吸困難をきたす疾患として海外では多く報告されているが^1〜4），本邦ではその報告は稀である。今回われわれは，呼吸困難をきたした喉頭saccular cystに対して頸部外切開による嚢胞摘出術を行い，良好な結果を得たので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加えた。

A 62-year-old male was suffering from dyspnea and hoarseness. On examination, the supraglottic area was occupied by a cyst protruding from the right laryngeal vestibule.

Tracheostomy was done, and then the cyst was totally removed by the external approach undergeneral anesthesia. Laryngeal saccular cyst is uncommon, and few cases have been reported in Japan.

We reviewed papers and discuss the etiology and treatment.
