6年後に転移・再発した喉頭濾胞性リンパ腫の1症例

Larynx follicular lymphoma that metastatic recurred 6 years later: a case report

はじめに

　喉頭に発生する悪性リンパ腫は稀である。さらに，喉頭に転移・再発した報告となるとほとんどない。われわれは，嗄声を主訴とし，6年前に発症した鼠径原発の濾胞性リンパ腫が，左仮声帯に転移・再発した症例を経験した。組織学的検査を行う際は全身麻酔下にFK-WOリトラクター（経口的手術用拡張器：オリンパスメディカルシステムズ社）で術野展開した。経口的に腫瘤を摘出し，確定診断を得ることができた。喉頭機能も改善し，術後経過も良好であったので，術前・術中・術後所見を添えて報告する。

　Herein, we report a case of a 64-year-old woman. The patient had undergone chemotherapy for follicular lymphoma and she was completely remitted. Six years later, she developed hoarseness and visited our hospital. A mass was found in her left vocal cords gap；however, we were not able to perform a biopsy through laryngeal endoscopy. Thus, the mass was orally resected using an FK retractor, leading to a follicular lymphoma metastatic recurrence diagnosis. Therefore, this method was very useful because we obtained a certain diagnosis and a good postoperative course.
