Tumor-induced osteomalacia, or oncogenic osteomalacia, is uncommon cause of osteomalacia. It has been reported to occur in patients with hypophosphatemia due to excess renal phosphate excretion as a result of fibroblast growth factor-23 secreted by mesenchymal tumors.

We presented a case of tumor-induced osteomalacia with sinonasal glomangiopericytoma. A 50-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of left epistaxis. After tumor resection by lateral rhinotomy and endoscopic endonasal technique, the patient's serum phosphate level rapidly improved to normal level.
