ピアス型イヤリングが埋没した耳介異物の1例

A case of foreign body of a pierced earring buried in the auricle

はじめに

　イヤリングはファッションとして代表的なものの1つである。最近イヤリングの中で，耳垂に小穿孔をあけ金属の針金を通すピアス型イヤリンが好んで使用されている。これに伴い，ケロイド，接触皮膚炎，感染などの合併症が多数報告されてきている。今回われわれは合併症としては稀な耳介の埋没異物の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　We presented a case of foreign body of a pierced earring buried in the right auricle of a 40-year-old woman. The foreign body of a pierced earring is very rare, and ten reports could be found in the literature until now. We considered the causes and precautions of the burying earrings from literatures, and emphasized the need of the knowledge about pierced earring in addition.
