インフルエンザ感染が契機となり喉頭痙攣を発症した1症例

A case of laryngospasm following to influenza infection

はじめに

　喉頭痙攣とは過度の気道防御作用により，声帯の内転運動が持続的に起こり，吸気性喘鳴や呼吸困難をきたす疾患である。気管内挿管時の発作が散見されるが^1），日常生活中の気道過敏症状に伴う発症も報告されている^2-5）。今回われわれは，インフルエンザ感染が契機となり喉頭痙攣をきたした1症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Laryngospasm is a condition that causes the inspiratory stridor and difficulty breathing. We presented a case of recurrent dyspnea history because of laryngospasm by laryngeal allergy and influenza infection.
