甲状腺へ単独転移をきたした腎細胞癌の1例

Renal Cell Carcinoma Metastasized to the Thyroid: Report of A Case

緒言

　腎細胞癌は全身のあらゆる臓器，組織へ転移する癌として知られており，頭頸部領域への転移も稀ではないといわれている。しかしながら，甲状腺への単独転移例の報告は少なく，本邦においては我々の渉猟しえたかぎりで6例の報告があるのみである。

　今回我々は腎細胞癌摘出術後1年で孤立性甲状腺転移をきたした1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A case of renal cell carcinoma metastasized to the thyroid one year after the removal of the primary tumor was presented. Metastatic neoplasma to the thyroid that beccme clinically apparent are rare, but any patient who presented with a thyroid tumor and a history of prior malignancy should be thought to have a possibility of metastatic tumor.
