Ⅰ はじめに
脂肪腫は成熟した脂肪細胞からなる非上皮性良性腫瘍で，全身各所に発生しうるが，口腔領域では比較的稀とされている。今回，われわれは口腔底に発生した脂肪腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Lipoma,a benign tumor composed of mature adipose tissue,is usually found in the limbs and trunk,where adipose tissue exists. Lipoma in the oral floor is relatively rare. We reported a case of lipoma in the oral floor in which preoperative MRI was useful for making the diagnosis.
