原因の異なる深頸部膿瘍の3症例

Three Cases of Deep Neck Abscess

I．はじめに

　深頸部膿瘍は，抗生剤が進歩した現在においても，適切な治療を行わなければ縦隔洞炎など重篤な状態をきたす可能性のある疾患である。

　最近われわれは，原因の異なる深頸部膿瘍の3症例を経験したので報告する。

　Case 1：a 12 year-old-male with anterior cervical abscess was diagnosed as left piriform sinus fistula.

　Fistulectomy was performed seven months after surgical drainage. Case 2：a 69-year-old female was diagnosed as periesophageal abscess caused by a fish bone. She was treated with antibiotics. Case 3：a 72-year-old female with cervical abscess formation was received surgical drainage. We confirmed that CT scan was effective for the diagnosis of deep neck infection and surgical drainage was necessary when the antibiotics was not effective.
