先天性内耳道狭窄の1症例

Narrow Internal Auditory Meatus―A Case Report―

I．はじめに

　先天性内耳道狭窄は一側性感音難聴，耳鳴，めまい，顔面神経麻痺など多彩な症状をきたす稀な疾患である^1）。特に内耳奇形を合併しない先天性内耳道狭窄の報告は非常に少ない^2）。

　今回われわれは就学時検診で一側難聴を指摘され，当院での精査の結果，一側の内耳道狭窄が判明した1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 10-year-old boy presented with total deafness on pure tone audiometry and no response on ABR in the narrow internal auditory meatus side. CT scan showed stenosis of the internal auditory canal and MRI showed thinner internal auditory nerve. The narrowing internal auditory canal is considered to be congenital.
