過去16年間における眼窩腫瘍94例の検討

A sixteen-year review of ninety-four cases of orbital tumor

（P−2-5）　1983年1月から1998年12月までの16年間に日本大学医学部附属板橋病院眼科を初診し，病理診断の確定した眼窩腫瘍94例について，病理組織的および臨床症状について検討した。最近10年間の初診患者に占める割合は年平均で0.093％であった。原発性34例1転移性11例，続発性49例であった。病理組織型では副鼻腔嚢胞が最も多く，次いで副鼻腔癌腫であった。臨床症状は眼球突出が70例と一番多く，次いで眼球運動障害の41例であった。悪性腫瘍では，19例中8例に2方向以上の眼球運動制限と視力低下をきたしている症例がみられ，このような症例では慎重な対処を要すると考えられた。

We reviewed 94 cases of histologically diagnosed orbital tumor during 16 years through 1998. They accounted for 0.093% of all eye patients during the past 10 years. The orbital tumor occurred as primary lesion in 34 cases, metastatic in 11 and secondary in 49 cases. Paranasal cyst was the most frequent (31%) followed by paranasal carcinoma (16%) . Exophthalmos was the most outstanding clinical manifestation in 70 cases (74%) followed by impaired ocular motility in 41 cases (44%) . Multidirectional ophthalmoplegia with impaired vision was present in 8 out of 19 cases of malignant tumors.
