(P−1-37) Frequency doubling technology (FDT)はfrequency doubling illusionを応用した新しい視野計である。今回,緑内障における光覚閾値検査とFDTの結果の相関性について検討した。対象は正常者23例23眼,緑内障患者68例68眼で,全症例に対してハンフリー視野計(HFA)の24-2プログラムとFDTのC−20プログラムを施行した。平均測定時間はHFAが669秒,FDTが277秒であった。Mean deviation, pattern standard deviationの比較では有意な相関性を認め(r=0.79,0.86),各測定点での網膜感度の相関性は中心部より周辺部でよくなった。また,緑内障におけるFDTの異常検出率は97.1%,特異性は95.7%であった。FDTの結果では光覚閾値検査との相関性が得られたが,臨床におけるFDTの位置づけについてさらに検討する必要がある。
We evaluated the correlation between differential light threshold test and frequency doubling technology (FDT), a new perimeter using frequency doubling illusion. The tests were performed on 68 eyes of 68 glaucoma patients and 23 eyes of 23 normal persons. All eyes were examined by 24-2 program of Humphrey Field Analyzer (HFA) and C-20 program of FDT. Average testing time were 669 sec for HFA and 277 sec for FDT. The mean deviation and pattern standard deviation were significantly correlated between HFA and FDT (r = 0.79, 0.86) . The correlation of retinal sensitivity by the two tests was better in the peripheral than in central areas. Sensitivity of 97.1% and specificity of 95.7% were obtained using FDT. The findings show a good correlation between FDT and differential light threshold test.
