涙腺構造を呈した結膜下腫瘤の1例

The case of subconjunctival tumor which have lacrimal glands structure

（展示50）　76歳男性の左眼球結膜の鼻側に3年前から腫瘤があり，半年前から増大した。腫瘤は発赤して固く，その大きさは9×7mmであった。切除組織は，嚢胞上皮が2〜3層の円柱上皮であり，嚢胞に隣接して多数の涙腺組織があった。内部にPAS陽性のコンクレメントが貯留していた。涙腺から発生した貯留嚢胞と診断された。

A 76-year-old male presented with a tumorous lesion on the nasal bulbar conjunctiva in his left eye of 3 years' duration. The tumor was hyperemic and hard. It measured 9 x 7 mm. The excised cyst was lined by double or triple layers of cuboidal epithelium. Numerous tissues of lacrimal gland origin were present adjacent to the cyst. The cyst included PAS-positive concrements. These findings led to the diagnosis of retention cyst originating from the lacrimal gland.
