緒言

　涙腺結核の報告は外国ではそれほど珍しくないが，わが国ではきわめて少ない。ことに結核症の著しく減少した今日，涙腺部腫瘍の本態を探索する場合に，結核性を考慮する必要はほとんどないといつてよい。しかし結核性のものも絶無ではないのであつて，著者は最近臨床的には眼窩腫瘍特に涙腺部腫瘍として摘出したところ，病理組織学的には涙腺結核であることを確認した1症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

Tuberculosis of the lacrimal gland of 25 years old, male was reported. Typical findings of tu-berculosis in pathological examination was found with no tuberculosis in the lung and cervical lymphgland. The infectious course of this disease was still unknown, even it seemed as secondary infection. The incidence of tuber-culosis is very decreased, but the attention sho-uld be taken such a disease in the mind.
